The Government of Telangana has been a leader in e-governance in the country. Through the MeeSeva Centers and online portal, citizens are empowered to easily access public services. In line with its vision to simplify the process of accessing government services, the Government of Telangana is launching T App Folio - the official digital app of Telangana State.

T App is a mobile service delivery gateway available anytime and anywhere for all Government Departments.

What sets T App apart:

• Available for all citizens
• Multi-lingual - Supports English and Telugu
• One Gateway - Single gateway for all government departments
• Government Issued Certificates - Easy application and receipt of certificates such as Income, Birth, Death Certificate, etc.
• Single Sign-On - Use T App credentials as a single login for various government apps

How to pay for availing services:

1. T-Wallet
2. UPI
3. Credit/Debit cards
4. Net banking

A complete cashless mode for service delivery.

Below are some of the services offered in the first phase:

1. Government Issued Certificates: Income Certificate, Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, etc.
2. RTA Applications: Driving License, Learner License, Duplicate License, etc.
3. Government Fee Payments: Property Tax, all RTA fee payments, etc.
4. Land-Related Services: Adangal/Pahani, Encumbrance Certificate, and much more.
5. Internet bills and Mobile recharge: Airtel, Idea, Vodafone, BSNL, etc.
